Credit Note or Exchange
We want you to be completely happy with your Aayu bottle so we allow a period of 7 days from receipt of shipment to return your goods to receive a credit note or exchange. All products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to receive a store credit.
Please allow a period of ten working days to process your exchange. Email confirmation will be issued once the exchange process is compete.
Refunds are only issued if you deem Aayu product to be faulty due to a manufacturing default. We do not provide refunds for incorrect selection or a change of mind. No refund is available for purchases made through afterpay/ Laybuy/ Latitude Pay (Credit note can be issued). In cases where we agree on a refund for change of mind or wrong selection orders, we will deduct all merchant fee that was charged to us as we don't get a refund of those charges even when a refund is processed as we think we shouldn't be at a loss.

We do not issue a refund or exchange on items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale. Sale items could be display bottles (never used) and have slight surface flaws but doesn't effect the use of the bottles.
All items purchased are final.
Unless you are returning your product due to a manufacturing default you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. When returning items for an exchange please include a reply paid self-address satchel to the address listed below. Email us before hand to firstname.lastname@example.org

In situations where we are happy to provide a refund when there is no defect we would charge a restocking fee of $8.00 AUD.
